A 17-year-old high school student, Bradley Howard was misbehaving in class. Especially, he liked chatting in physics class. His teacher sent e-mails to his parents several times telling about Bradley‘s mischievous behaviour at school.
At some point, his father, Brad, who is a pastor, got fed up with the constant complaints and gave his chatterbox son one final warning.
“For some reason, I said, ‘Hey, if we get another call, I’m going to show up in school and sit beside you in class,” he said.
Bradley, however, didn‘t take his father‘s words seriously and continued talking during the class. The teenager never expected his chit-chat would result into something very embarrassing. He had no idea his dad was not bluffing, and when he received another email from the teacher, he was determined to keep his promise.
“My wife wakes me up and says, ‘Brad, it’s time for you to go to school.’ I thought, ‘Oh, no, what have I done?’” the father said.
Brad sit next to his son in class for the whole day. And while Bradley‘s friends thought it was hilarious, the guy was pretty embarrassed. His sister Molli took a picture of Bradley and dad, shared it with the classmates and tweeted it.

“My dad told my brother if he got another call from the physics teacher complaining he would go sit in his class..dad got another call,” she wrote.
“Just making good a promise,” her father replied.
The photo has gone viral and many people found Brad‘s idea amazing. “This is awesome!!! One dad to another well done ;),” commented Montel Williams, a famous talk show host.
“The Howard men are famous,” said Denise Howard, Bradley’s mom. “We’ve had a great time with this but more than anything we hope we don’t get any more calls about Bradley interrupting in physics class!”
Bradley‘s parents‘ sense of humor and methods of disciplining are fantastic. If you think his dad a good job on teaching his son good behavior, share this story with your friends!
